Refund policy

Due to the controlled nature of laboratory-use materials, Gridline Peptides LLC does not accept returns after products have left our possession.

This policy exists because storage conditions, temperature exposure, handling, tampering, contamination risk, and chain-of-custody cannot be verified once a product has been delivered to a customer.

If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, missing, or affected by a fulfillment error, the customer must contact Gridline Peptides LLC through the website contact page within seven (7) days of delivery.

Gridline Peptides LLC may request photos, order information, packaging information, and carrier information before approving any replacement or refund.

Refunds or replacements are issued at the sole discretion of Gridline Peptides LLC.
