Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe stated on the website or at checkout, unless otherwise noted.
Gridline Peptides LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refused packages
- Carrier disruptions
- Customs inspections or regulatory delays
- Events outside our reasonable control
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for physical delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.
Gridline Peptides LLC is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, misdelivered, damaged in transit, or marked delivered by the carrier.
